So I was thinking about something I read awhile back where a bunch of kids aged 5-10 were asked what they thought love was and it was probably the most adorable thing I have ever read/seen/heard/whatever.

My favorite answers are from Floyd who was 9 and said "Love is foolish...but I still might try it sometime." and Dave who was 8 and said "Love will find you, even if you are trying to hide from it. I been trying to hide from it since I was five, but the girls keep finding me."

But what was interesting was that as they asked kids who were older, a lot of them seemed to have a pretty jaded point of view when it came to it. One of them even said something about divorce. It's kind of sad if you think about it. Cute and adorable because they're so young but sad if you actually read it without thinking about their ages.

Anyway, it got me wondering, what do you think love is?

My poor kitty is sick. She seems so sad.

Oh right, homework, I forgot that existed.

Um, so it's no surprise that I failed my apparition test right? Would have passed if it wasn't for my pinky nail. I guess I'll just have to take the test again with everyone else then.

Sometimes I forget how disgusting potions are.

I kind of have no idea what I'm supposed to do with all these picture books now-?

On the plus side, at least my hand won't feel wonky after holding Oliver. It's still doing that strange popping thing but I've been told that it'll go away on its own.

All these pictures makes me wonder why we don't have a yearbook. I'm really enjoying everyone's photos, they're all really nice in their own ways.

As for the auction, thanks to anyone who bid on me! I'd just like to note that you don't have to win an auction to spend time with me. I'm always willing to chat, and if you need a hand, I'll do my best to help you or at least point you in the direction towards help. Just stop me in the hall to say hi or send me a message or something.

It was good fun though, watching the bids, they're certainly higher than I had expected.
